RFP for Prepared Meals Hunger Relief Grants!

The Department of Human Services, Office of Economic Opportunity (DHS-OEO) is seeking to provide funding to programs that prepare and serve meals to Minnesotans experiencing food insecurity. Proposals are being accepted from Responders to improve food security by prepared meals for individuals aged 18-60 years old and their dependents. Applications are due 4:00 p.m. on March 11, 2024.

Approximately three million three hundred thousand dollars ($3,300,000) is available in grants under this Request for Proposals (RFP). 

The purpose of these funds is to provide hunger relief to Minnesotans experiencing food insecurity and who have difficulty preparing meals due to limited mobility, disability, age, and/or or limited resources.

Eligible Applicants of this funding include non-profit organizations and Tribal governments.
